For the past decade, Ayala has walked the yogic path with the curiosity of a scholar and the heart of a healer. A seasoned ERYT-500 trauma informed yoga instructor, she has spent six transformative years teaching practitioners from every walk of life from veterans rediscovering ease in their bodies to courageous eating-disorder survivors and autistic adults seeking sensory-friendly grounding. A teacher’s teacher, Ayala has mentored yoga educators and led clinical trainings for therapists on integrating somatic practices into mental-health care.
